Russian Federation:
Social Benefits by Enterprise Type

DataData and Source

In terms of social benefits, there is little to distinguish state-owned firms from privatized firms in the Russian Federation. In contrast, de novo private firms tend to offer a relatively small range of benefits. This is partially explained by ownership and size correlation as de novo firms tend to be smaller than privatized firms. However, de novo firms generally do provide some benefits. Indeed, not only did a majority of de novo firms provide some benefits but 23 percent offered more than four benefits.
